Dr Kaveri Devi Mishra has rich experience as a journalist, writer, author, and academic in the field of mass communication and journalism. She has travelled and worked extensively across Middle East, Canada, South Asia, Ethiopia, and is currently based in Papua New Guinea with University of Technology, Lae.

She has been associated with United Nations, UNDP, Jimmy Carter Foundation, and other international organisations. She holds a PhD in Mass Communication & Journalism. Her research interest includes Mass Communication, gender equity issues, human rights, migration, developmental communication, science and technology, social media and film studies.
