Qiuxian completed her Master of International Relations in University of Sydney in late 2018. In 2016, she completed her Bachelor of Government and International Relations from Hong Kong Baptist University. She also studied for one semester in University of Kent in 2015 and undertook short-term language course on scholarship in Valladolid, Spain in 2016. Qiuxian has previous internship experience at Australia China Business Council and the Energy Observer magazine of South China Power Grid.
