Rei Tang is an associate program officer in the Policy Programming Department at the Stanley Foundation, where he works to advance effective global governance through policy analysis, dialogue, and outreach. Before joining the foundation in 2013, Tang worked on American foreign policy and national security issues at various think tanks in Washington, DC.
