John Hart

John Hart heads the Chemical and Biological Security Project at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). In 2011-2012 he was the Team Leader of a European Commission project to support public health in Central Asia and the South Caucasus. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant to the Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban-Treaty Organization (CTBTO). He holds a doctorate in military sciences from Finland’s National Defence University.
