Miah Hammond-Errey

Dr Miah Hammond-Errey’s work explores the intersections of emerging technologies and security. She hosts the Technology & Security podcast, where she is joined monthly by global experts to talk technology, security and leadership. She is the Director of the Emerging Technology Program at the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney. She leads research, teaches, and publishes on national security, emerging technologies, intelligence and information warfare. Miah spent more than fifteen years leading analytical and communications activities for the Australian Government in Australia, Europe and Asia. Her forthcoming book, based on her PhD, is called Big Data, Emerging Technologies and Intelligence: National Security Disrupted.
