Aswin Lin is a postdoctoral fellow at the Taiwan Foundation for Democracy. He completed his PhD in Asia-Pacific Studies at National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan. His research focuses on defence policy in the Asia-Pacific. His writings have been published in Defense & Security Analysis, Palgrave Macmillan, RSIS Commentary, South China Morning Post, The National Interest, The Diplomat, Modern Diplomacy, and FULCRUM––ISEAS Yusof Ishak Institute.
