Hansley Gumbaketi is an infrastructure development specialist from Papua New Guinea with interests at the intersections of urban governance, infrastructure development, and Pacific regionalism. He is a participant of the 2025 Australia-PNG Network Emerging Leaders Dialogue from the Papua New Guinean delegation and a Chevening Scholar from 2023.
