Jack Whelan is a Sydney based independent consultant supporting several development partners in the Pacific on climate and disaster resilient infrastructure and circular economy programs. Formerly Secretariat Manager with the Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility (PRIF), he has a MSc in Resource Management at the University of Edinburgh, and BSc in Rural Environmental Studies at the University of London.
