Julien Oeuillet is a journalist based in Taiwan for the Taipei Times and Radio Taiwan International. He is the founding editor of Indo-Pacific Open News (IPON).He co-authored a book about Belgian society and politics, Ils sont fous ces belges and has worked on radio and TV documentaries.
