Patricia Schouker is the founder of Energy Bridge Global based in Washington DC and Non-Resident Fellow at Payne Institute. She brings over a decade of expertise in energy and cybersecurity, having worked at the intersection of policy, technology, and global markets. A former Policy Officer at the European Commission, Patricia is also a Fellow at Oxford University and the Payne Institute at Colorado School of Mines.
