Pedro Martins is a geopolitical analyst based in Rio de Janeiro. He holds a Master's in Military Sciences from the Brazilian Army Command and General Staff School. He also is a researcher at Brazilian Naval War College and has more than a decade of experience in strategic assessment related to international security and Eurasian affairs, with a particular focus on Russian and Post-Soviet states.
