Rahul Jaybhay is a PhD student at the Centre for International Politics, Organisation and Disarmament, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is also a Research Assistant at the Asia Society Policy Institute. His writing has been featured in The Diplomat, The National Interest, East Asia Forum, and the AIIA.
