Ujjwal Krishna is an academic fellow at the University of Melbourne’s Australia India Institute, a research specialist in governance at The Asia Foundation, and a research associate at La Trobe University’s Centre for Human Security and Social Change, where he completed his PhD, focusing on the political economy of international development. He was earlier a visiting doctoral scholar at the University of Birmingham, and a policy engagement consultant to the University of Oxford. Prior to this, he worked at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations in New Delhi, and with the University of Sussex’s Institute of Development Studies.
