Francis Shin

Francis Shin is a dual PhD candidate in war studies and political science at King’s College London and the National University of Singapore (respectively). His expertise spans great power competition, global governance, and grand strategy. He has previously held roles at the UN Office at Geneva, the Royal United Services Institute, the Atlantic Council, and the Center for a New American Security.
