Hai Thanh Luong

Dr Hai Thanh Luong is a Vietnamese criminologist and a lecturer at the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Griffith University. He has more than 20 years experience in education and training for law enforcement institutions in Vietnam. His main interests include policing studies, transnational crimes, and cybercrime. While he is an expert at the Global Initiative against Transnational Organised Crime (GITOC), he is serving as an Associate Editor, Crime, Law, and Social Change (Springer).
