Haroro J. Ingram

Haroro J. Ingram is an honorary senior fellow with the School of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Queensland and a 2025 Harry Frank Guggenheim Distinguished Scholar. He has two decades of experience, mostly spent working in conflict-affected environments, advancing security, stabilisation, and peace. His professional focus is on the psychosocial and strategic drivers of state and non-state political violence, with particular emphasis on influence operations and cognitive warfare.
