Nischal Dhungel

Nischal Dhungel is PhD Student in the Department of Economics at the University of Utah and Fellow at the Nepal Institute for Policy Research. He has worked with multilateral organisations such as the World Bank Group and the Global Environment Facility, Independent Evaluation Office. He was formerly an economist at A2F Consulting LLC, where he conducted consulting work for the World Bank Group, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Millennium Challenge Corporation across Asia, Africa and Europe. He has written over 50 op-ed columns published in international think tanks such as the Atlantic Council, East-West Center and East Asia Forum, as well as national think tanks including the Nepal Economic Forum and newspapers such as The Kathmandu Post.
