Pornomo Rovan Astri Yoga

Pornomo Rovan Astri Yoga is a legal scholar and naval officer specialising in the law of naval warfare, the law of the sea, and maritime security. He holds a PhD in International Law from the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS), University of Wollongong, and has more than a decade of operational experience aboard Indonesian Navy warships. His research has been published in well-regarded international law journals. He also holds a master’s degree from the US Naval Postgraduate School.
