Simon Frankel Pratt

Simon Frankel Pratt is a SSHRC postdoctoral fellow at the Mortara Center for International Studies, Georgetown University. He holds a PhD in political science from the University of Toronto. His work is on institutional change within national security apparatuses, and the link between practice and international norms.
