William Partlett is an Associate Professor at Melbourne Law School. A/Professor Partlett’s research takes a historical and comparative approach to questions of public law. His most recent book, Why The Russian Constitution Matters: The Constitutional Dark Arts (Hart 2024), explores the dangers of highly centralised constitutional systems of rights protection.
