Benjamin J. Sacks

Dr Benjamin J. Sacks is a policy researcher at RAND and a professor of political geography at the RAND Pardee Graduate School. He works primarily in under-governed contested spaces (e.g., the poles, the South China Sea, the electromagnetic spectrum), public diplomacy (especially international broadcasting), major power competition, and defence acquisition. He holds a PhD in history from Princeton University.
