Clare Francis

Clare Francis studies at New York University, where she writes about the intersection of human rights, foreign policy, and the law. She previously served as a policy officer for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. She holds a first class with distinction degree in politics and international relations from the University of Cambridge.
