George Carter

Salā Dr George Carter is a research fellow with the ANU Department of Pacific Affairs, and Director of the ANU Pacific Institute. His research and teaching focusses on climate change and international politics, regionalism, geopolitics, Oceanic diplomacy and non-western international relations.
