Loro Horta

Loro Horta is a former Timor Leste Ambassador to Cuba and also served as deputy head of  mission at the Timor Leste Embassy in Beijing.  He is a graduate of the Chinese National Defense University senior officers course, the US Naval Post Graduate School, the American National Defense University and the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
