‘Ofa-ki-Levuka (‘Ofa) Guttenbeil-Likiliki

'Ofa-Ki-Levuka Guttenbeil-Likiliki is an Oceanic feminist researcher and storyteller from Tonga. She is the founding director of the Tongan Women and Children Crisis Centre and an adviser to the International Women's Development Agency.
