Sarah O’Connor

Sarah O’Connor is a researcher at the International Cyber Policy Centre at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute. She is currently undertaking a Master of International Law at ANU and contributing a chapter to a forthcoming book on legal and risk management in outer space activities.
