Lowy Lecture Series: Launch of the Lowy Institute Poll 2013

The annual Lowy Institute Poll is the Institute’s flagship publication. Over the past nine years, the Poll has identified significant shifts in public sentiment, and has provoked vigorous debate on issues such as Australia’s relationship with the United States, investment from China, climate change, and attitudes towards democracy.

In this video poll author Alex Oliver presents this year's results, followed by a Q&A session chaired by Lowy Institute Executive Director Michael Fullilove. The panel discussion features ABC journalist and commentator, Annabel Crabb, Dan Flitton, senior correspondent for The Age newspaper and Tony Shepherd, Chairman of Transfield Services and President of the Business Council of Australia.
