Ahmad Rizky Mardhatillah Umar is a sessional lecturer at the University of Queensland and Griffith University. He completed PhD at the University of Queensland in 2022 with a thesis on ‘The Idea of Asia in World Politics’. Previously, he worked as researcher at ASEAN Studies Center, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, between 2014-2018.
