Andre Kwok was a United Nations legal consultant at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. He currently specialises in international criminal investigations and is interested in international criminal justice and space governance in the Asia-Pacific. Andre was a Westpac Scholar to the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Law and currently a research assistant at the Australian Centre for Space Governance.
