Chen Jiliang is a researcher at Greenovation Hub, a Chinese environmental NGO. He holds a bachelor degree on Environmental Science and a master degree on Environmental Management. Before joining the Greenovation Hub, Mr Chen had worked for the Institute for Environment and Development and the Heinrich Boell Foundation (a German political foundation). He has been working on international environmental policy since 2007 and regularly participated in international environmental negotiations such as the UN climate negotiation and the Antarctic Treaty related meetings. His current research interest is the governance of the global commons including Antarctica and the the living resources in the high seas.
