Czeslaw Tubilewicz is Senior Lecturer in the in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Adelaide. Previously, he taught at the University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He has authored or co-authored four research monographs and edited or co-edited three edited volumes. His current research projects concern the question of power in US-China subnational relations, as well as the political and socio-economic change in Xi Jinping’s China.
