Eric Frécon is an adjunct fellow at the Research Institute on Contemporary Southeast Asian Studies in Bangkok and a visiting academic at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam. His research focuses on maritime security in the Indo-Pacific, especially Southeast Asia.
