Ilan Kiloe is the head of Security programme at the Secretariat of the Melanesian Spearhead Group (MSG) based in Port Vila, Vanuatu. He has been working for the MSG Secretariat since 2010 and is the longest serving staff of the sub-regional organisation. Mr Kiloe’s areas of interest are in international law, security and diplomacy, being a lawyer by profession himself with Master Laws (LLM) degree from the University of the South Pacific (USP).
