Jonathan Prosser is the Founder and Director of Racing Green, a company that turns ideas into ventures that solve problems, create jobs, and contribute to society. He also works in an advisory capacity to help those in government, businesses and sport, to win, grow, overcome challenges, and innovate. He has been published by some of the world’s leading think-tanks on foreign affairs and business innovation, and serves the Ruby Red Foundation, a blood cancer research charity, as a Director and Board Member.

His professional experience majors in entrepreneurship, executive management, consulting and policy. He describes his time in Accenture UK’s Strategy Practice as a hands-on business education. He progressed to Accenture’s global top-20 ranked policy think-tank, the Institute for High Performance. A move into professional sport followed as a General Manager with the Cronulla Sharks. Initially focused on strategy and growth, he then established Sharks Ventures, an award-winning corporate innovation lab and incubator that launched new businesses and ran a sports diplomacy program. He holds a Master of Arts, International Relations, from the University of St Andrews.
