Peter Mares is the author of Improving PALM: The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme, published by the Scanlon Foundation Research Institute. Peter is a contributing editor to Inside Story magazine and an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow with Monash University’s School of Media, Film and Journalism. He is the author of three books, including Not Quite Australian: How Temporary Migration is Changing the Nation and was an ABC broadcaster for 25 years.
