Shantanu Roy-Chaudhury is a foreign affairs analyst and the author of The China Factor: Beijing's Expanding Engagement with Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. He has previously worked at the Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS) and the Centre for Air Power Studies (CAPS) in New Delhi. Shantanu has an MPhil from the University of Oxford.
