Dr Sue Thompson is Associate Professor at the National Security College, Australian National University. She has extensive experience working in academia, government, the media and the non-government sectors. Sue is an historian that specialises in security history in the 20th Century. She holds a PhD from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies, a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor degree with honours from the ANU.
