Dr Khalid Koser was a Nonresident Fellow in the Migration and Border Policy Project. Dr Koser, an expert in migration and security who has published widely, brings a wealth of experience to the Project. He is currently Executive Director of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund. He is also chair of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Migration, and editor of the Journal of Refugee Studies.
