Melissa Jardine, PhD, is a former Australian police officer and security sector reform advisor. She travelled to Kabul in March 2021 on assignment for the United Nations. She is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee for the International Association of Women Police. Her PhD was on policing in a changing Vietnam.
