Brendan Duffy is a veteran of the British Army and a Lecturer in Applied Geoscience at The University of Melbourne.
Brendan Duffy is a veteran of the British Army and a Lecturer in Applied Geoscience at The University of Melbourne. He earned his PhD in geology at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand in 2013, researching the tectonics of the Banda Arc and New Zealand. He has been working in Timor since 2009 and presently supervises several postgraduate students who are seeking to understand how the complex geology of Timor was assembled.
