Dr Lucy Quinn is a scholar of international development and human rights law, with a focus on women's rights. Her PhD looks at the effective implementation of domestic violence legislation in low- and middle-income postcolonial contexts. Lucy works as a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Technology, Sydney, and teaches at the University of Sydney Law School.
