De Rizky Kurniawan is a public policy and regulatory professional with experience in shaping Indonesia’s digital economy and education reform. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy and Management at the University of Melbourne, specialising in governance reform and regulatory innovation, with a particular focus on the gig economy. Previously, De Rizky served as the Public Policy and Government Relations Manager at GoTo in Indonesia, where he contributed to the development of Indonesia’s regulatory framework for gig workers following Southeast Asia’s largest technology merger.
