Debomita Dasgupta
Debomita Dasgupta is a policy economist and researcher specialising in Indo-Pacific maritime governance, environmental economics, and the political economy of gender.
She has published in international peer-reviewed journals, presented at conferences across Australia and India, and contributed policy recommendations to the Public Health Association of Australia on climate and mental health. Before academia, she spent a decade founding and running enterprises in India, with international operations spanning the Middle East and Sri Lanka. She is Melbourne-based and pursuing a PhD.
