Elena Williams
Dr Elena Williams is an international education researcher and practitioner, specialising in Australia-Indonesia learning abroad.
Her PhD from The Australian National University (Opens in new window) examined the impact of the Australian Government’s New Colombo Plan (NCP) on Australia-Indonesia relationship building and was awarded the 2025 national “Outstanding Postgraduate Thesis” Award (Opens in new window) from the International Education Association of Australia (IEAA).
