G. Venkat Raman
G. Venkat Raman is Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Indian Institute of Management Indore, where he teaches and researches geopolitics, China, and global governance.
A Fulbright Fellow at George Mason University and a graduate of Peking University, he specialises in the political and strategic consequences of China’s rise, the evolution of the Global South, and the changing architecture of international order.
His work examines how great-power rivalry, economic interdependence, and institutional change are reshaping global politics and business. He writes frequently on China, geopolitics, and international affairs for academic, policy, and public audiences.
