Indira Rosenthal is an Australian lawyer and the founder of Gender, Law and Justice Advisers.
Indira Rosenthal is an Australian lawyer and the founder of Gender, Law and Justice Advisers. She consults widely on gender, international human rights and international criminal law. Her focus is on legal and justice sector reforms in relation to violence against women and girls, women and children’s access to justice and gender-based crimes under international law. Indira has also served as Gender and Legal Adviser at Amnesty International headquarters in London, as Legal Counsel with Human Rights Watch, New York, and as a senior Australian government lawyer. Indira has a range of publications in her areas of expertise, including the award-winning Gender and International Criminal Law (Oxford University Press, 2022).
