Joanne Kuai is a Research Fellow at the School of Media and Communication, RMIT University, Australia, and holds a PhD from Karlstad University, Sweden.
She is an Affiliate of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making and Society (ADM+S). Her research focuses on digital journalism, the social implications of automation and algorithms, and the governance of data and AI.
