Keith J. Benes is Managing Director of Euclid Strategies, a non-Resident Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy in the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, and an Adjunct Professor in the School of International Service at American University in Washington DC. He served as an Attorney-Adviser at the US Department of State from 2005–14.
