Mark F. Briskey
Mark F.
Mark F. Briskey is currently Discipline Chair and Lecturer in Criminology at Murdoch University, Australia. He is a former Federal Police Officer and member of the Australian Civilian Corps. He undertook long-term postings with the Australian Federal Police to Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other Asian countries where he was involved in transnational crime and national security matters. He was formerly head of Charles Sturt’s Graduate School of Policing as well as Senior Lecturer in Security Studies at Curtin University. He has a PhD from the University of New South Wales (Australian Defence Force Academy) and a Master of Strategic Affairs from the Australian National University.
