Mary Watson‑Burton is a values and systems‑design specialist who previously led Grants and Partnerships at the Global Centre for Social Justice and Advocacy Leadership, an initiative of Edmund Rice Community Services.
She has more than 20 years’ experience advising organisations on leadership, culture, and behavioural alignment, including work across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Mary is the creator of Inclusion Intelligence (InQ), a diagnostic framework that enables organisations to evaluate their inclusion practices, values, and behaviours in a strategic and holistic way
